Cancellation Policy

We value your time and commitment to our notary services at Quickdoc Notary Service (QNS). To ensure the efficiency of our operations and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Fee:

Appointments cancelled with less than 3 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

2. Multiple Cancellations:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible. However, repeated short-notice cancellations impact our ability to serve all clients effectively. Repeated cancellations of appointments with less than 3 hours notice may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.

3. Rescheduling:

Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling appointments. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduled appointments, subject to availability.

4. Communication:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. Communication is crucial to maintaining a smooth scheduling process for all our clients.

5. No-shows:

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) may result in the assessment of the full cost of the scheduled service.

6. Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your situation warrants an exception.

7. Contact Information:

At Quickdoc Notary Service (QNS), we strive to provide efficient and reliable notary services. To maintain transparency and clarity in our business practices, we have implemented the following no refund policy:

1. Notarized Documents:

We do not provide refunds for notarized documents. Once a document has been notarized, the service has been rendered, and fees are considered earned.

2. Rejected Documents:

We do not provide refunds for documents that have been rejected by the requesting party or any relevant authorities after notarization. It is the sole responsibility of the signer to ensure that the notarized documents meet the requirements of the requesting party.

3. Document Acceptance:

It is the sole responsibility of the signer to ensure that online documents, whether notarized or in the process of being notarized, are accepted by the intended recipients, requesting parties, or any relevant authorities.

4. Errors and Omissions:

While we strive for accuracy in our notarial services, we do not provide refunds for errors or omissions made by the signer in the documents presented for notarization.

5. Communication:

If you have any concerns or questions about the acceptance of your documents, we encourage you to communicate with the requesting party or relevant authorities before notarization to ensure compliance with their requirements.
